A labor doula is a non medical support person who assists mothers and their families during pregnancy, birth and postpartum by providing physical, emotional, and practical support. A labor doula attends your birth with you and helps you navigate it with confidence.

I inform my clients to contact me during active labor, once contractions are around 5 minutes apart. Before then, I’m available via text or call to offer guidance and tips.

My cut off time for booking is 36 weeks pregnant. This ensures we have plenty of time to prepare for labor. However, if you are past 36 weeks and urgently need a doula, please reach out to see if I can support you in any way.

I currently attend various types of births, including cesarean, unmedicated, or medicated births in the hospital, birth center, or at home.

The next step is to fill out my contact form, then I will reach out to schedule a free consultation where we’ll make sure we’re a good fit. If we are, then I’ll send your contract over via email, and we’ll begin working together!
